We are delighted to share that Trek Me Nepal was proudly represented at the 23rd Kraków Mountain Festival 2025 by regional representative from Poland, Andy.
This prestigious event, held on December 6-7, 2025, at the ICE Kraków Congress Centre, brought together mountain enthusiasts, climbers, filmmakers, and explorers from around the world.
Andy's participation highlighted Nepal's role as the heart of the Himalayas, fostering connections between the Polish and Nepali mountain communities and inspiring travelers to discover our breathtaking landscapes, rich culture, and thrilling adventures.
This marks our second consecutive year participating in the Kraków Mountain Festival. Our involvement last year significantly raised awareness among Polish adventurers about the thrilling opportunities in Nepal, resulting in about 15 guests from Poland who booked treks from us in the past year alone.
Their positive feedback has been overwhelming, showing their growing interest in exploring Nepal's diverse landscapes and cultures. This success has reinforced our dedication to building lasting connections with the larger European and international mountaineering community.
The Kraków Mountain Festival is one of Europe's leading celebrations of mountain culture, adventure films, and the global mountaineering spirit.
What began over 20 years ago as a modest film festival has evolved into one of the largest events of its kind in Poland and Europe, attracting over a thousand spectators per day.
Hosted in Kraków, a hub for Poland's climbing society, the festival creates a vibrant platform for sharing stories, achievements, and a shared passion for the mountains.
This year's edition featured inspiring lectures, lively discussions, popular workshops, and cultural elements including literature, theatre (introduced for the first time), and film.
A highlight was the ceremonial gala announcing winners of the Polish and International Film Competitions, showcasing captivating stories of exploration and endurance.
The event also included fairs of mountaineering equipment, meetings with top alpinists and sport climbers, and presentations that ignited positive emotions and mountain-inspired adventures.
With tickets starting from PLN 199, it drew a diverse crowd eager to immerse themselves in the spirit of high-altitude pursuits.
